Which HeadsUp plan do I need?
Compare Free, Plus, Pro and the three Business plans, with what each one includes and what it costs every 30 days.
HeadsUp is free to host. The Free plan has no time limit and needs no card. A paid plan gives you more invites on the go, bigger guest lists, texts included every 30 days, AI designs and co-hosts. Every plan is the same price whether you renew it or buy it as a one-off 30-day pass.

To see the plans in the app, tap your initials in the top corner, then Account settings, then the Plan tab. Under Plans, each plan lists what it holds.
What every plan includes
- Themed invite pages, RSVP tracking, tabs, potluck lists and updates.
- Sending by email, which is always free, and a copy link for each guest.
- Private details behind a verification code. Email codes are free on every plan. Codes by text use your texts.
- Text packs, which you can buy on any plan, Free included. See how to buy texts.
What Plus and Pro add
- More invites at a time and bigger guest lists, as in the table.
- Texts and AI designs included every 30 days.
- Co-hosts who can help run each event.
- Scheduled sends and your own link preview for each invite.
What the Business plans add
Everything in Pro, at bigger limits, plus:
- No “Powered by HeadsUp” line on your invites. See remove HeadsUp branding.
- Your own domain on your guest links. See use your own domain.
- QR check-in with a door list on the day.
- A richer guest export and a post-event report.
- One do-not-contact list across every event.
- Importing contacts from HubSpot.
- Sending texts and emails under your own brand name.
Good to know
- “Invites at a time” counts drafts and sent events. Events you’ve wrapped up or put in the bin don’t count.
- Included texts and AI designs are for each 30-day cycle. What’s left doesn’t roll over. Texts you buy in a pack never expire.
- Plans bill every 30 days, not by the calendar month.
