Big events are rarely one person's job. On paid plans you can add co-hosts to an event, and they edit the invite, manage the guest list and send from their own HeadsUp account. You see each other live, nobody overwrites anybody, and the event stays yours.
Everything shared, one owner
A co-host edits the invite, adds guests, sends and posts updates. Only you can add or remove co-hosts, change your notifications or bin the event. Texts and AI come out of your balance, with a note of who spent them.
See each other live
Everyone on the event shows in the header, and a line tells you what each of them is editing right now. Saved changes land on everyone's screen as they happen.
Nobody overwrites anybody
While someone's editing a block it wears a lock with their name, and the rest of you can't touch it. Need it anyway? Ask to edit, and they get ten seconds to say no before it's yours.
On every paid plan, Plus and up. Plus has 1 co-host spot per event and Pro has 3. Business plans have 10, 25 or 50.
