Should I take a 30-day pass or renew every 30 days?

When you pick a plan, HeadsUp asks how you’d like to pay for it. Both ways give you exactly the same plan at the same price. The only difference is what happens at the end of the 30 days.

• Renew every 30 days. Charged to your card every 30 days until you cancel. Your included texts and AI designs refresh each time. Cancel any time and keep the days you’ve already paid for.
• 30-day pass. Pay once. It runs for 30 days, then ends on its own. Nothing renews and nothing is charged again.

Which one suits you

• Just hosting one event? Take a pass. Build your invite, send it, and the plan simply ends.
• Hosting often, or running events for a business? Renewing saves you coming back every 30 days to buy again, and you can move up mid-way and pay only the difference.

Your plan card on the Plan tab tells you which one you have. A pass shows Until and the date it ends.

A renewing plan is called a membership, and shows the date it next renews and the amount. See start a plan for how that looks.

Good to know

• Renewing is picked for you by default. Tap 30-day pass before you pay if that’s what you want.
• Plans bill every 30 days, not by the calendar month, so the date you’re charged on moves a little earlier each time.
• Texts included with a pass last until the pass ends. Texts included with a renewal refresh every 30 days, and what’s left doesn’t roll over. Texts you buy in a pack never expire either way.
• Changed your mind about a pass? Switch it to renewing on the same plan. If there’s more than 26 hours left, the first charge is timed for 24 hours before the pass ends, so you’re not charged twice for the same days.
• Changed your mind about renewing? Turn renewal off and it behaves like a pass until the paid days run out.
